As standard the Super-L2 booms are equipped with:

• an over-long central pendulum for the parallel guidance of larger booms, • combined spring and damping elements for shock-dampening the suspension against vertical forces, • a large dimensioned integrated damping system consisting of brake plates and buffer blocks to damp down horizontal yaw movements and • spring plates to damp down movement in direction of travel (only four-fold booms).
